We built HASTE because the agency model is broken.
Here's the pattern: startup raises money, hires an agency, gets a few months of activity, sees mediocre results, fires the agency, hires another one. Repeat. The problem isn't the agencies — it's the model. External teams operating from the outside will never understand your product, your market, or your team the way an insider does.
So we became insiders.
